Mayfield Road, Ryde, Large plot in the prestigious part of Ryde, The site has been dormant for over 70 years and is deed registered as 41 and 43 Mayfield Road, We have now cleared the site leaving only a character Oak tree, Our in house Cad Dept has prepared and submitted plans for one large Detached dwelling and also a pair of semi detached development, Planning turned down both applications and on behalf of client this is now at appeal.

Large Residence in Pellhurst road in Ryde, which needed complete renovation as having not been touched in 60 years having many of the original victorian features still in tact, adding to the complex works to bring the property up to date with Modern fittings but keeping and repairing many original features the client placed a 4 week deadline for works to be completed due to circumstances beyond their control, leaving the County Developments team working 18 hour days to complete a 3 month project in only 4 weeks.

Very Large Country Residence set in an area of outstanding natural beauty (AONB) County Developments CAD department was first contracted to carry out all  planning stages from discussion to submission of plans to gain permission for refurbishment of existing stable block, addition of Solid Oak Conservatory to Main house and converting triple garage into annex accommodation under permitted development, Once planning was gained County gained through tender process the works contract for all construction and project management.

The latest County Development project currently under way in the beautiful village on the south east coast of the Island, This project is an A to Z from discussion to planning process with our in house CAD department to implementing our full construction team and on site project management to carry out new extension and complete renovation of existing property, construction of large timber garage and workshop, The Foundation work for this project was very complex due to Location and ground substance, with detailed engineering drawings this was executed to create a solid basis to build the new extension.
