Welcome to County Developments UK LTD, An Isle Of Wight based Construction Company which specializes in complete renovation of character buildings,Listed buildings, and carries out new builds,extentions and maintenance contracts.

2010-2011

Currently we are working on various new projects including house renovations and extensions to barn conversions. Please go to the new projects page for more information.


(August 2009 to Present)

Refurbishment and alteration works to very large country residence to include solid Oak conservatory and creation of Annex and complete renovation to existing stable block, See pictures under new projects.


(January 2010 to March 2010)

Refurbishment of two bedroom apartment in Sandown for local Portfolio holder of several properties.


(July 2009 to Persent)

Construction of a New Build detached 4 Bedroom house in Carisbrooke, Being marketed by Fox Property Newport, Isle of Wight for Sale (Now) completed and sold


(March 2009 to July 2009)

New Build detached 3 bedroom house constructed on behalf of a consortium of developers for there rental portfolio.



(November 2008 to June 2009)

New build two bedroom end of terrace house and refurbishment to existing ajoining house using existing gable end to front of new build to conform with building control, Build carried out for local business women Claire Turner


(September 2008 to Febuary 2009)

A new development of two apartments in Brading for local Developers Nathen Maddocks and John Sheers


[August, 2006 to April 2008)
A Major development into 14 luxary Apartments in a former MOD building with beautiful and original facades origanally built in 1912 and opened by Princess Beatrice, daughter of Queen Victoria


[July, 2005 to Febuary 2006]

Construction of a timber frame 3 Bedroomed house on a corner plot, and various projects of kitchen fittings and extensions.


[June 2004, July 2005]

A Major re-development of a building built in 1860 with many original features into 7 luxary apartments for a holding company to rent, with extensive regulations implied by the local councils inspectors all approved and passed.


[June 2003, June 2004]

Re-development of a grade II listed building consisting of 3 Apartments and restaurant, the development involved renovating the whole frontage including large sash windows, roofs, pointing and Covings.

Adrian Sivell Managing Director and overall Site Foreman having 22 years of building experience on the Isle Of Wight, his knowledge is second to none and his work ethics and care to attention carry over to satisfaction to all our Clients.


Since being formed CD UK LTD has achieved full membership with Zurich Insurance for building, the Institute of Professional Window Installers and Fabrication, Constructionline, Isle of Wight BUY with Confidence, Guild of Builders and Construction and NHBC.
